GINGER & CILANTRO VINAIGRETTE

2 serrano chilies, stems and seeds removed
2 cloves garlic
1 T grated fresh ginger
3/4 cup pickled ginger
1 t chili paste
2/3 cup cilantro leaves
3 T pickled ginger juice
1 t vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil

Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth
